Dispute Resolution
Benson advises and represents clients in some of the most challenging disputes arising in commercial, regulatory, and public law contexts. His practice covers the full spectrum of contentious work, including commercial litigation, constitutional and administrative law, and regulatory litigation.
He has represented clients in high-value and high-impact disputes arising in regulated sectors, including public-private partnerships (PPPs), public procurement, competition and consumer protection, employment and labour relations, banking and financial services, insolvency and restructuring, and the energy and extractives sectors, including mining, oil and gas.
Mr. Odiwuor has acted in matters before all levels of the Kenyan judicial system, including the Magistrates' Courts, the High Court of Kenya, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Kenya, and numerous statutory tribunals. He has also represented parties within international institutional frameworks, including the United Nations Disputes Tribunal (UNDT) and the United Nations Appeals Tribunal (UNAT).
